Processing can take 3-4 days. If you have not received a tracking number or see that your order has shipped after 4 days please contact us.
For international orders we use a flat rate determined by the weight of the package. All import duties, customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and may be due at point of delivery or after. These charges cannot be reimbursed by Dreamer & Co.
returns & exchanges
At Dreamer & Co, our products are handcrafted by multiple artisans. This means each product will be unique to you, the customer! If you are unhappy with a product and would like to return it, please do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price, as long as the item is in the condition you received it.
Please include the original invoice number for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original method used for payment. At this time we do not offer free shipping on returns.
Lost in transit or damaged items are covered by our return policy. Final Sale items include gift cards and discount products.
To start a return or exchange fill our our form on the Contact Us page and be sure to include your order number, description of claim, and if you would like to return or exchange the product. We will then reply with more instructions for returning the product to us.
